Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, chosen service, timeline, budget approach and project description. If you are signed in, the request is linked to your account. Account and order features also process the information you provide for registration, billing and purchases.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to you and take steps towards an agreement at your request. If a project proceeds, we use relevant information to deliver and manage the agreed services. We also process information where needed for recordkeeping, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, reliable service.
Where requests go
Project enquiries are stored privately in our WordPress website and a notification is sent to our business inbox. Necessary information may be handled by our hosting, email and payment providers and the people involved in delivering your project. We agree the handling of sensitive project materials separately. Please do not include passwords, payment details or confidential security findings in the enquiry form.
AI and project information
Submitting this form does not automatically send your brief to an AI model. Any proposed use of your project information with AI tools is addressed as part of the project arrangements.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress and our account and checkout services use cookies where needed for sign-in, sessions and transactions. The hosting environment may process technical logs for operation and security. Our enquiry form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Retention
We retain information for the enquiry, project and related administrative purposes, taking account of applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us about information held about you or request its deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to establish or resolve claims.
