Enquiries and proposals
Sending a project request is free and does not place a paid order. Artistavenue LTD discusses your requirements and provides a proposal before work begins. The agreed proposal sets out the services, deliverables, price, milestones, dependencies and payment arrangements.
Scope and revisions
Review stages and included revisions are agreed for each project. If requirements change, we discuss the effect on scope, price and timing before carrying out additional work.
Tools, access and third-party costs
Hosting, software licences, AI usage and other third-party costs are identified where relevant. Cybersecurity assessments require the system owner’s authorisation and a written scope. Do not send passwords or sensitive access information through the project enquiry form.
Delivery and ownership
Deliverable formats, access, source files, ownership, licensing and handover are set out in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance or support is included only where agreed.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel or change a project, contact admin@artistavenue.app with your project or order reference. We will review the request against the agreed scope, work already performed, committed third-party costs and your applicable rights. Any project-specific cancellation arrangements are provided before you commit to paid work.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits statutory rights. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms agreed when they were made; this page does not retrospectively replace those terms.

Tell us which agreed deliverable needs attention and include your reference. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution with you.
