Due to the intangible nature of digital services, we are unable to offer traditional returns or refunds on completed online lessons. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing our clients with a fair and transparent policy.
Circumstances for Lessons Cancellation:
- Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to cancel the lesson before any session has begun, a full refund will be issued.
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the client chooses to cancel the lesson after it has begun, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of lesson completed. Completed courses or deliverables will be provided to the client.
- Non-Performance: In the unlikely event that we fail to meet the agreed-upon objective skills after a good-faith effort and revisions, we will offer one of the following options:
- A full refund for the lessons.
- A credit towards future services for the undelivered lessons or courses.
- We will work diligently to rectify the issues at no additional cost to the client.
This policy does not apply to:
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions.
Dispute Resolution:
We encourage clear communication throughout the lessons to avoid any misunderstandings. If a dispute arises regarding the lessons or this policy, we will work collaboratively with the client to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
